How did you get started running?
When I was 14 at school, then I never stopped!

When did you recognize that competing professionally was something you aspired to?
When I got smashed up at the senior 3A's when I was 17 4th to 8th in 10 meters.

Favorite training venue:
St Mary's track, Twickenham

Favorite workout:
400 > 300 > 200—so much fun.

Least-favorite workout:
Mile reps on the track. I don't like being bored.

Oslo

British GP Crystal Palace

Do you have any superstitions related to competing?
I don't wear socks.

What is your pre-race / warm-up routine?
A few good songs, a little sleep, jog and strides
